- Sole By Style ships online orders daily from Tuesday through Saturday (Saturday before 2pm EST), with the exception of domestic holidays. All outgoing orders are handled by USPS or UPS, shipping method is chosen at checkout. Online orders placed before 2pm EST will ship on the same day the order was placed. Any online orders placed after 2pm EST will ship on the next business day. We do not bear any Customs Duty or Tax on international orders, this means Sole By Style does not pay for any additional VAT or import duty when it enters the destination country. Please be aware of this when shopping internationally. We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding any of the goods we carry at Sole By Style prior to placing your order. Sole By Style will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.
- ◄Returns/Exchanges
- We will only accept returns for exchanges (store credit), all returns/exchanges will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from the total purchase amount minus shipping cost. Shipping cost are not eligible for a refund after the item has already been shipped. Please be aware of this while shopping! You must return your merchandise within 7 days of your order delivery date. In these instances, first contact us stating the issue, re-pack the item(s) in the packing box your order was shipped in (or comparable) and return the package to Sole By Style, we can provide a return label and deduct the cost from your store credit if you would like. Upon receiving the item and verifying the product is in the same condition it was when it left our store(s), Sole By Style will then process a refund for store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us with any questions.
- ◄Defective Merchandise
- We will listen to any matter brought to our attention but Sole By Style does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe you received the wrong product or it is damaged, please clearly explain the mistake via email to shop@solebystyle.com or our Contact Us form. Sole By Style will reimburse shipping charges, only on items declared defective (up to $10.00).
