Sole By Style ships orders daily from Monday through Saturday (Before 2pm EST), with the exception of domestic holidays. All outgoing orders are handled by USPS or UPS. Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm EST will ship on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will ship on the next business day. We do not bear any Customs Duty or Tax on international orders, this means Sole By Styledoes not pay for any additional VAT or import duty when it enters the destination country. Sole By Style will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We will only accept returns for exchanges (or store credit), all exchanges will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from the total exchange amount. Please be aware of this while shopping! You must return your merchandise within 7 days of your order delivery date. In these instances, first contact us stating the issue, re-pack the item(s) in the packing box your order was shipped in (or comparable) and return the package to Sole By Style, we can provide a return label and deduct the cost from your store credit if you would like. Upon receiving the item and verifying the product is in the same condition it was when it left our store(s), Sole By Style will then process a refund for store credit.
Sole By Style does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. Sole By Style will reimburse shipping charges, only on items declared defective (up to $10.00).
