Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service) for our shipping options. You will select a delivery method at checkout.

Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

We do not allow cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, unless there is an error on our part.

All sales are considered final! We advise customers to be mindful of this policy while making purchases. Should you have any inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance here.

What's your shipping policy & handling time?

Processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and will be shipped the following business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We do not bear any Customs Duty or Tax on international orders. This means Sole By Style does not pay for any additional VAT or import duty when it enters the destination country. We will not make any changes to the custom forms. Please be aware of this when shopping internationally.
