Our team processes items fast and most sell within 30 to 60 days. Easily track your sales online through the consignment manager.

Get paid

Earn 85% of the sale price. The commision rate for consignment is 15% or $25.00 whichever is greater, payouts are sent every Monday.

03.  Ship or drop off

After submitting your item(s), drop them off at our store or mail them in. Sellers are responsible for all shipping cost.

We have a designated PO Box setup in Covington, Kentucky for consignment. Sign up, list your item(s), and then email shop@solebystyle.com to receive the shipping address.

Important: Include the printed batch for the shipment or drop off after submitting your items so our staff can easily identify your item(s). We are not liable for any missing shipments or products until they are in our possession. We also recommend including insurance and signature confirmation on all shipments.

What item(s) are eligible for consignment?

ITEMS WANTED: adidas Yeezy, Nike (Limited releases), Jordan (Limited releases), Other sneakers (Limited releases), Select Designer sneakers, Tour Merch (Travis Scott & Kanye West), Off-White, Supreme, Palace, KITH, ASSC. Item(s) must be brand new or 8/10 condition or better to be eligible for consignment.

Who prices the consignment item(s)?

We let the consignor choose their price, although we do monitor and check prices upon acceptance of the item(s). Please keep prices within market ranges and keep in mind the lowest price item sells first if there are multiple in stock. If you need help pricing an item our experts will be happy to assist you. Our team researches data on similar products across various marketplaces, taking into account both completed transactions and live listings to determine the best market value and price.

How can I check the status of my item(s)?

Logon to your consignment account and click inventory. You then will be able to see all your inventory and can filter by status. If you want to see all active items please choose the active tab.

Do I have to bring my item(s) in-store to consign them?

Consignment item(s) must be brought in-store or shipped to us. After submitting your item(s), drop them off at our store or mail them in. Sellers are responsible for all shipping cost. Can I withdraw and pick up my item(s) at anytime?

If at any point you need to claim your item(s) you may, we ask that you withdraw it from your consignment portal prior to picking it up. This is to ensure it gets taken off our planform right away.

There is no fee for withdrawing an item(s). All consignors are responsible for the return shipping cost of there item(s), send your pre-paid shipping label to our email address shop@solebystyle.com.

How much will my payouts be once an item sells?

Earn 85% of the sale price. The commission rate for consignment is 15% or $25.00 whichever is greater, there are no extra processing fees.

How soon after an item sells will I receive my payout?

Payouts are sent every Monday via digital check (Checkbook.IO). This will come as a bulk check with all your sales from the previous week. You will have three options when you receive your payout, ACH direct deposit, print, or mail the check.

Please note - ACH direct deposits take an additional 4 to 5 business days to clear once sent. You only have to set this up the first time by creating a Checkbook.IO account. We do not house, store, or have control over any of this data.

What happens if my item(s) doesn’t pass authentication?

If your item(s) arrives damaged, dirty or does not pass authentication, it will be returned to you; you will be responsible for picking your item(s) up or providing a prepaid shipping label. Additionally, you will be charged a $25 return fee per item.
