Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service) for our shipping options. You will select a delivery method at checkout.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?
NO, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no refunds or exchanges (unless the error or problem is on our end).
Be aware of this while shopping! Please contact us with any questions.
What's your shipping policy & handling time?
Orders will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and will be shipped the following business day.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We do not bear any Customs Duty or Tax on international orders. This means Sole By Style does not pay for any additional VAT or import duty when it enters the destination country. We will not make any changes to the custom forms. Please be aware of this when shopping internationally.
