Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We ship using UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service). You’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?
All sales are final.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, unless there is an error on our part.
If a package is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery or any other reason, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

What's your shipping policy & handling time?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday & Sunday); any weekend orders will ship the following business day.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order is fulfilled and shipped, a second email will be sent with tracking information.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.
Important: Sole By Style does not cover customs duties, VAT, or import taxes on international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not alter customs forms. Any international order returned to us will also incur a 25% restocking fee.
